Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Ttalkkak Coding (the "Company") and users in relation to the use of RealMe (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including Saju, compatibility and I Ching analysis and AI interpretation.

② "User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

③ "Star Candy" means the in-app currency issued by the Company for the use of paid content.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted within the app. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any amendment in advance with its effective date and reason.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, year-round in principle, though it may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, replacement or communication failures.

② Saju, compatibility and I Ching results and AI interpretations are information for reference and entertainment only, and do not guarantee any fact or future outcome.

Article 5 (Formation of the Use Agreement)

The use agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes registration or begins using the Service.

Article 6 (Paid Service, Payment and Refunds)

① Certain content (such as AI interpretation) is provided for a fee through Star Candy.

② Payments are made through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase.

③ Refunds follow the refund policy of each store and applicable law. Withdrawal of subscription may be restricted for digital content that has already been used or fully delivered, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 7 (Obligations of the User)

Users must not misappropriate others’ information, interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or engage in acts contrary to law or public morals.

Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company complies with applicable laws and makes its best efforts to provide a stable and continuous service and to protect users’ personal information.

Article 9 (Copyright of Content)

Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and its content belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or use such content without the Company’s prior consent.

Article 10 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

Fortune, Saju, compatibility and I Ching results and AI interpretations provided by the Company are for entertainment and reference only. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any decisions made by users based on such information or their consequences.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Disputes)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
