1. Personal Information We Collect

① Account and authentication data: email, social login identifier, nickname.

② Information you provide for the Service: date of birth, time of birth, gender and other details required for Saju, compatibility and I Ching analysis.

③ Automatically collected data: device information, app version, access logs, advertising identifiers and payment records.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

① Member management and identity verification, and provision of the Service (Saju, compatibility and I Ching analysis and AI interpretation).

② Processing of paid transactions and refunds, and responding to customer inquiries.

③ Service improvement, statistical analysis and prevention of fraudulent use.

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay upon account withdrawal. Where retention is required by law, it is kept for the relevant period (e.g., records of contracts and payments for 5 years and records of consumer complaints or disputes for 3 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).

4. Provision to Third Parties

As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties, except where there is a legal basis or the user has given prior consent.

5. Outsourcing of Processing

To operate the Service, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows, and ensures through contracts that personal information is managed securely.

· Google Firebase: authentication, push notifications, cloud infrastructure

· Microsoft Azure OpenAI: generation of AI interpretations

· Apple, Google: in-app payment processing

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, through the in-app settings or the privacy officer contact below.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay; electronic files are permanently deleted by irrecoverable means.

8. Security Measures

The Company implements technical and administrative safeguards required by law, including encryption of personal information, access control and encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).
